Covid-19 is affecting our lives in a way nothing has in living memory. But every day we edge closer to restarting our economy and accelerating our businesses. One approach is to wait for that moment to happen, another is to be prepared.

The Westin Valencia has to capacity to host a Business Diplomats & Executives lunch in accordance with all Covid-19 restrictions and precautionary measures. It is therefore that the consuls of Chili, Germany, France, Lithuania, Poland, Switzerland and Turkey have confirmed their presence as guests of honour at a lunch on Wednesday 23 June.

13:15 - 14:00
Reception of the Excellencies and Executives; Cocktail

14:00
3-courses lunch with interactive sessions between Ambassadors and Executives.
Each table will be headed by one of the Excellencies. After an introduction about the business opportunities in their country the Ambassador will moderate the discussion between executives about their experiences and questions.

15:00
The executives will shift to another table of their choice. The previous cycle of information exchange will be repeated.

Conclusions & Closure

Due to the limited capacity the E&E-lunch is restricted to senior executives of internationally operating companies only.

Applications can be cancelled by email up to 21 days before the start of the program at a cost of 25% of the participation fee. Until 14 days prior to the event the costs will be 50%. Cancellations in the final week will be charged for 100%. The cancellation is valid if it is confirmed by the organization. Participants unable to attend can be replaced. In case of 'no show' the payment terms remain unchanged. The participation fee must be paid before the start of the program. The organization has the right to deny access to participants for whom no payment is received.
