Masterclass successful value propositions - Barcelona
50% of your fee sponsored by Iber Business Group / IberSelect
You have excellent products and present your company professional and convincing at the internet and at major trade fairs. Your sales team is skilled and has a good network. Nevertheless you expect a better return on your export investments.

The key is in your value proposition. Having excellent quality products offered for the right price is no more than a basic condition since without the perfect product/price you are by no means interesting for new customers. Keeping in mind the enormous amount of products offered to the market, many of them like yours having the right product/price-combi, this is insufficient to get new clients on board or just at dissatisfactory margins.

Next, no value proposition is valid forever. Competitors come up with new products and new route-to-market instruments. The more general your product is, the more vulnerable for pressure on prices and margins. This counts even more on export markets where you are a newbie.

A scoring value proposition requires distinguishing elements, other than price and quality, to convincing prospects to buy your products and to select your company as a supplier.

The one-day Masterclass successful value propositions for foreign markets covers the following topics:
-  International market research
-  Strategies for international market development
